Synthetic Indigo Vat Dye - Commercial Grade Vat Blue 1

Kraftkolour’s Synthetic Indigo Vat Blue 1 is a professional-grade vat dye developed for consistent, industrial-quality indigo colouration. Chemically identical to natural indigo in appearance and performance, this synthetic form offers superior solubility, stability, and colour repeatability — essential for large-scale textile applications.

This indigo is widely used across denim, home textile, and craft industries, providing reliable results that withstand repeated washing, light exposure, and mechanical wear. When reduced using Hydros ST or other reducing agents, it transforms into its soluble state and bonds permanently to fibres upon oxidation.

Its strong pigment concentration ensures maximum colour yield per gram, making it highly economical for both batch and continuous dyeing. Suitable for cotton, linen, and other cellulose fibres, it offers artisans and producers the control and scalability needed for professional outcomes.

Benefits

  • Commercial-grade performance for both small and large production.

  • Predictable, repeatable dye results every time.

  • Compatible with modern vat dye systems.

  • Maintains colour integrity through oxidation and rinsing.

  • Trusted by textile professionals for denim and artisanal crafts.

Ideal Applications:

  • Denim and garment dyeing production.
