The Pebeo Setasilk Water Based Gutta in 20 ml tubes is a high-precision outline and resist paste made for use on silk and other fine fabrics. Thick, water-based paste available in several colours including metallics and colourless.
Compatible with the Serti technique: you apply the gutta to create enclosing outlines before filling with dye or paint.
The colourless version is designed to wash out after fixed, leaving a white outline; other colours become permanent after heat-setting.
Apply directly from the tube or with a nib/pipette, ensure continuous, smooth lines, then proceed with painting or dyeing.

Use a small applicator tip for fine lines. Let the gutta dry fully before applying liquids. If using the colourless version and planning to wash it out, follow fabric-safe washing instructions.

Online orders are sent using Australia Post during business hours Monday to Friday. Orders are usually sent 1-2 days after your order is placed or when a pre-ordered item arrives. We email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Shipping is calculated at checkout according to the weight of the order, and your address location.

We currently ship outside Australia to many countries using Australia Post’s International Express service. Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

When ordering online you can choose 'Click & Collect' for order collection at our premises at 2/99 Heyington Ave, Thomastown, Victoria. We will email you confirming when your order is ready to collect.

Orders can be collected 10am 4pm Monday to Friday and we would appreciate it if you could collect your order within a week.
