This beautifully handloomed Noil Silk Scarf is crafted in India from 100% pure silk. Measuring 70 x 200cm and finished with a short twisted fringe, it features a medium-weight 170gsm fabric with a soft drape and distinctive slubbed texture.

Unlike smooth, high-sheen silks like Habotai or Pongee, Silk Noil is unbleached and has a naturally matt finish, giving it a more organic and earthy feel. It’s the perfect base for creative surface design and natural dyeing techniques.

This scarf dyes beautifully with all silk and wool dyes, including Procion MX, Landscape Dyes, and is particularly stunning when eco-dyed or printed with botanical dyes.

Tip: We recommend giving the scarf a good wash before dyeing to remove any remaining sericin and help soften and relax the weave.

Click & Collect : Thomastown

When ordering online you can choose 'Click & Collect' for order collection at our premises at 2/99 Heyington Ave, Thomastown, Victoria. We will email you confirming when your order is ready to collect.

Orders can be collected 10am 4pm Monday to Friday and we would appreciate it if you could collect your order within a week.
