Jacquard Removable Water-Based Resist Gutta is designed to create clean, controlled outlines that block dye flow during fabric painting — and it washes out easily once your design is complete. Ideal for silk painting and detailed surface design, it allows artists to define shapes, isolate colours, and add intricate linework without the permanence of traditional resists.

Unlike solvent-based guttas, this water-based formulation is odourless, easy to clean, and environmentally safe. It dries quickly and maintains a consistent line width when applied through applicator bottles or nibs. Once the dyeing and fixation process is complete, the resist can be removed by washing in warm water.

Allow the resist to dry fully before dye application. After setting your dyes, rinse gently in warm water to remove residue without disturbing the design.

Online orders are sent using Australia Post during business hours Monday to Friday. Orders are usually sent 1-2 days after your order is placed or when a pre-ordered item arrives. We email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Most orders will have the option of:

We currently ship outside Australia to many countries using Australia Post’s International Express service. Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Click & Collect : Thomastown

When ordering online you can choose 'Click & Collect' for order collection at our premises at 2/99 Heyington Ave, Thomastown, Victoria. We will email you confirming when your order is ready to collect.

Orders can be collected 10am 4pm Monday to Friday and we would appreciate it if you could collect your order within a week.
