Known as “China silk,” habotai is favoured for its fine weave, smooth surface and gentle sheen. It takes dye and paint evenly, making it ideal for artists and crafters using both natural and synthetic dyeing techniques. The 8mm weight gives it a soft, lightweight drape, while remaining easy to handle for textile art or workshop use.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash in cool water using a pH-neutral detergent. Do not wring. Hang or lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Iron with a pressing cloth on a low setting if needed.

When ordering online you can choose 'Click & Collect' for order collection at our premises at 2/99 Heyington Ave, Thomastown, Victoria. We will email you confirming when your order is ready to collect.

Orders can be collected 10am 4pm Monday to Friday and we would appreciate it if you could collect your order within a week.
