This 100% pure wool fabric in a relaxed basket-weave structure offers both texture and responsiveness for dyeing, printing and creative textile work. At 225 gsm and 140 cm wide, the natural white (unbleached) base lets colours shine and the weave allows for beautiful drape and hand-feel.

  • Excellent for acid dyes, natural dyes and eco printing • pre-wash gently to remove lanolin and ensure even uptake.
  • Warm hand-wash recommended, dry flat to maintain shape.

Always do a small test patch when using strong dyes. Prior to dyeing, give it a gentle hand wash to remove residual lanolin and ensure consistent absorption. Avoid heavy agitation to keep the weave texture intact.

Online orders are sent using Australia Post during business hours Monday to Friday. Orders are usually sent 1-2 days after your order is placed or when a pre-ordered item arrives. We email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

When ordering online you can choose 'Click & Collect' for order collection at our premises at 2/99 Heyington Ave, Thomastown, Victoria. We will email you confirming when your order is ready to collect.

Orders can be collected 10am 4pm Monday to Friday and we would appreciate it if you could collect your order within a week.
